A Young doctor's search for new horizons and challenges paves the way for the foundation of My Home Constructions Pvt. Ltd. During the year 1981 Dr. Rameswar Rao, the founder of My Home Group had an offer to develop residential colony at Saroor Nagar. This venture was an instant success for the manner in which the colony has been developed. After establishing a name and creating his own identity in the development of residential colonies Dr. Rao switched over to more challenging tasks of construction.  
 
He started his first residential complex at Somajiguda in the heart of Hyderabad under the name of My Home JM Apartments. This venture has been well received and was instant success. Rest is history!
 
In its two decades of operations, My Home Constructions Pvt. Ltd. built as many as 14 Residential and Commercial Projects have been constructed with a total built up area of 30 lakh Square Feet. My Home Rainbow, MY Home Navadweepa, My Home Tycoon, My Home Hub are some of the prestigious land marks created by My Home Constructions Pvt. Ltd.  
 
Now, My Home Constructions Pvt. Ltd. comes up with a world class integrated township, My Home Jewel. Truly a jewel in the crown of Hyderabad consists of 2016 flats with a built up area of 31.5 lakh square feet. This is the biggest integrated apartment complex in Hyderabad so far.
